Kooshi wants you to be 100% satisfied with your products. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, please send the product, receipt and reason for return within 2 weeks of the ship date. After 2 weeks from the ship date, please be aware that there will be a 20% restocking fee on the price of the item and your card will be credited the remining balance. Products must be returned unworn, with tags and in the same condition you received it. Please be sure to include your email address on th receipt , so we can notify you when your purchase amount has been refunded. If you are requesting an exchange, please email us your resquest at info@kooshis.com. At this time, we require that you pay for all postage costs for any return or exchange. |
